Making It Real – Women Leaders in Manufacturing is a series of summits designed to expose female middle and high school students to 21st Century Manufacturing. This program provides students and educators an opportunity to learn about today’s manufacturing workplace directly from women business leaders and discover the skills needed to be successful in manufacturing careers. The program includes campus tours, hands-on demonstrations, student workshops, and a unique “Women in Manufacturing” panel discussion. The program taps into today’s female manufacturing leaders to help inspire the next generation of leadership and talent. This program is sponsored by Dream It Do It OKI, I Made It in NKY, The Greater Cincinnati STEM Collaborative and the Talent Pipeline Initiative.
